Abandoned [olive oil] mill

Randomly walking around Beco, in Portugal, I found an abandoned house and entered it. Inside was this amazing scenery with painted walls, rotten ceilings and rusty machinery.

Currently in Portugal's countryside learning about herbalism meanwhile Spring is springing. I'm trying to identify the species in the pictures and will try to update this post about their healing potentials too. If you can help me with this please leave a comment with any information!
